Level 1 Bet Builder Tip
🚀 Gabriel Magalhaes to have 1+ shots
📈 Odds: 1.40
Centre back Gabriel has had at least one shot in five of his seven Arsenal starts so far this season. The frequency of these has increased over the past couple of Premier League games, with five shots, including three on target.
He will be a major target from set pieces, which PSG are notoriously poor at defending. This should provide the Brazilian with plenty of opportunities to win one header in the opposing box to get away an effort at goal.
Arsenal are one of the leading teams in the Premier League when it comes to winning corners with 6.17 per match, suggesting that they should get plenty of opportunities for the centre back to get forward and cause a menace of himself.
Gunners are well drilled in set piece situations and tend to threaten the majority of the teams they face from these positions.
🩹 Achraf Hakimi to be fouled 1+ times
📈 Odds: 1.36
Achraf Hakimi has been fouled 1.02 times per 90 in Ligue 1 so far this term, but was even more vulnerable to infringements on Champions League matchday one.
The Moroccan was fouled three times in the Parisians’ tournament opener against Girona (a 1-0 win), and in 10.9 90s in last season’s competition has was fouled 1.01 per 90 on average.
His likely head-to-head with Gabriel Martinelli also favours this bet, the Brazilian has committed 0.89 fouls per 90 in the Premier League so far this season, and committed 1.51 per 90 in last season’s CL.
🛑 Arsenal to commit 10+ fouls
📈 Odds: 1.36
Arsenal are not only a winning team, they are a side that are increasingly likely to get the job done by doing the ugly things well – even if it means being on the wrong side of the law at times.
The Gunners have given up at least ten fouls in every single one of their games against a top-level opponent so far this season. Indeed, only once in their Premier League or Champions League matches this season have Mikel Arteta’s side given away fewer free kicks than their opponents.
PSG are a side that have drawn a lot of fouls this season. They are on a four-match streak of winning at least 11 each game, while the fewest they have won in any fixture this season has been nine.
Referee Slavko Vincic of Slovenia has shown himself to be rather whistle-happy in his previous matches this season.
🟨 Over 1.5 Arsenal cards
📈 Odds: 1.60
Just as Arsenal post a significant foul count in matches, they also have a high number of cards received for the season and actually lead the Premier League on this count with 3.83 per match.
Arteta’s side have received at least two cards in each of their six Premier League games to date, and while they did not pick up a single card when they faced Atalanta in the Champions League a fortnight ago, that was a more sedate affair as they braced themselves for a match against Manchester City in the Premier League that coming weekend. This is a game they will have targeted to win.
The referee averages almost exactly four cards per match since the beginning of last season, which suggests that it is entirely reasonable to believe the home team could earn a couple of bookings in this clash.

Level 2 Bet Builder Tip
🎯 Bradley Barcola to have 1+ shots on target
📈 Odds: 1.91
Barcola is PSG’s man in form after his performance against Rennes last Friday when he scored two goals from three shots on target and had six efforts during that clash in total.
Although he had failed to muster a shot on target in his previous three games, Barcola has been in hot form in front of goal so far this season and averages 1.9 shots on target per 90 this season in Ligue 1. Prior to his barren run, he had a shot on target in five successive games for club and country.
Barcola has had shots on target in six of his last nine outings in the Champions League going back to November last year.
Arsenal could find themselves short in the right back role, with Ben White rated doubtful for this game. Barcola could, therefore, be up against the Gunners’ backup option here.
🧤 Arsenal goalkeeper to make 2+ saves
📈 Odds: 1.36
Arsenal goalkeeper David Raya has made at least three saves in five of the six Premier League matches he has played this season, establishing himself as one of the leading shot-stoppers in the world in the process.
He conceded twice in three shots against Leicester City at the weekend but that is a blip compared to his overall performance level this season, which has seen him record an impressive save percentage of 83.9% for his club side since the beginning of August.
Raya has already performed heroics in the Champions League this season, with a double save from Atalanta striker Mateo Retegui that is likely to be remembered as one of the highlights of the group stage. He kept a clean sheet in that encounter.
PSG will expect to let off plenty of shots in this clash. They averaged 7.5 shots on target per 90 in Ligue 1 and managed five against Girona in their previous Champions League encounter this season.
🩹 Lee Kang-In to be fouled 1+ times
📈 Odds: 1.20
With Goncalo Ramos and Marco Asensio both out injured, South Korea international Lee Kang-In is likely to be deployed by PSG as a false 9 in this game. He will be given a good deal of freedom, and that is likely to see him take up some awkward positions in which he can win free kicks.
He leads PSG in fouls won in Ligue 1 this season with eight. This equates to 1.9 fouls per 90, which is a tally that is only eclipsed by Desire Doue (3.13) and Nuno Mendes (2.22) among players who have featured for more than 90 minutes.
He could drift into Thomas Partey’s zone, with the Ghana international second at Arsenal in fouls committed this season in the Premier League on 10 (1.69 per 90).
🟨 Arsenal to receive the most cards
📈 Odds: 3.20
Arsenal are a huge price to pick up more cards than PSG in this game given their record of receiving bookings and red cards early in the season.
The Gunners have received 23 cards in six Premier League matches this term, with 21 yellows and two reds (both for second yellow cards when kicking the ball away).
In sharp contrast to PSG’s record in Ligue 1, where they have received only seven cards so far this season.
Arsenal’s foul count is consistently high this season. The only game in which they have not given up at least ten fouls was against Bolton in the EFL Cup a week ago – a fixture that they were clearly not in top gear for.
Arsenal have received more cards than their opponents in three of their seven matches against top-flight opponents this term, suggesting they are as likely to pick up cards as they are to give them away.
