Since the start of the Euro 2024 qualifiers, Zalewski has landed a shot for Poland in nine out of eleven starts, averaging 1.38 shots per 90.

He has announced himself as a key player for manager Michal Probierz, playing the full 90 in both Nations League games so far, registering at least one shot against both Scotland and Croatia.

Zalewski operates as a left wing back on paper, but is extremely willing to drive forward, often finding himself in advanced positions. Being right-footed, he also tends to cut in and shoot from distance. That could be extremely useful against a side like Portugal, as Zalewski will be a threat in transition.

At the Euros, he managed a shot against both Austria and Netherlands. Both shots were from a similar scenario, in which he cut in from the left wing, and shot from around the edge of the box.
